4 & 5 Star Service Recognition

59club have been rewarding individual excellence for many years, now 59club can boast that they are the only company working within the golfing industry that recognises, rewards and markets venues striving for and achieving 4 or 5 Star Service Standards.

The granting of the first ever 4star golf service awards in 2010 was a huge milestone in the golfing industry, for the first time golf venues can categorically state, and independently prove that they can deliver excellent service to match their golf course.

59club measures service at most of the leading golf venues in the country, collating and analysing much mystery shopper feedback data and results. By analysing trends of service levels throughout the country, we were able to set a fair and achievable benchmark for 4 and 5 Star Service Standards.

Achieving this level of service standard offers golf venues a totally unique marketing opportunity, marketing themselves as a recognised 4 or 5 star golf venue, an even more powerful PR tool for venues if they are the only club in the area, county, or country to have earned this prestigious accolade.

“Investment in bricks and mortar do not sustain and grow reputations – it is people that build reputations. You may or may not be the ‘biggest and best’ in the area but you can definitely achieve, deliver and then maintain outstanding customer service.”
