Note - This role is a remote role with travel and business to be conducted across our territories in the south of Europe (mainly in Portugal). Ability to speak English & Portuguese fluently is essential. 

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional - ideally from a golf, leisure and/or hotel background - to join 59club Europe South, supporting and developing a portfolio of ambitious partner venues committed to elevating their performance and refining the processes behind what they do.

As an Account & Training Executive, you will be one of the key ambassadors of our brand. You will work closely with partner venues to help them unlock commercial growth, enhance customer experience, and implement best-in-class operational standards.

This is a highly visible role requiring a confident communicator and educator - someone comfortable analysing and presenting performance data, delivering impactful training sessions, and building long-term, trusted relationships with industry leaders.

You will combine insight with influence: interpreting data to identify opportunity, guiding teams through practical improvement strategies, and proactively driving collaboration across golf, leisure and hospitality environments.
