Note - This role is a remote role with some travel needed across our region in south Europe. 

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and analytically minded professional to join 59club Europe South, supporting a growing portfolio of partner venues across golf, leisure and hospitality.

As a Data & Learning Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in transforming experience data into actionable insight, supporting client reporting, and enhancing the effectiveness of our learning and survey platforms.

You will be an ambassador for the 59club brand, but unlike a traditional Account Executive role, your core focus will be:

  • Analysing and interpreting large volumes of customer experience data
  • Producing high-quality client reports and insight summaries
  • Supporting and optimising our e-learning and survey platforms
  • Helping integrate and manage new technology tools
  • Contributing to the overall success and retention of partner venues

Main Duties & Responsibilities

Manage, analyse and interpret large volumes of customer experience and benchmarking data.

Support the release and presentation of monthly mystery shopper and survey reports.

Assist in the administration and optimisation of 59club’s survey platform.

Support onboarding, training and communication with mystery shoppers.

Train and monitor mystery shoppers to ensure audits meet agreed programme quality standards.

Coordinate and manage learning content within the 59club e-learning platform.

Adapt, edit and create learning materials, including basic video editing and content formatting.

Upload and maintain training resources within the learning management system.

Education & Experience

Minimum three (3) years’ experience working within the golf industry (essential).

Experience handling and interpreting data in a professional setting.

Experience using survey tools or customer feedback platforms (highly advantageous).

Knowledge & Skills

Fluent in English (written and verbal communication essential).
