As we embark on an exciting phase of marketing expansion, we are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our dynamic HQ team. This role offers the perfect environment for growth, hands-on participation, and tackling real-world design & marketing challenges. 

Role Overview

The core role will be to work alongside our HQ Team to support our global output, and execute design assets for each regional team to support them in their sales and marketing efforts. You'll join our HQ Team on regular 'Marketing Calls' with the regional teams to help shape goals and strategies that guide the tasks and design assets. Typical print and digital assets that come from varied strategic discussions include; education, regular communication, promotions, awards, product/awareness campaigns.

A typical working week will involve:

  • Frequent calls and communications within the HQ Marketing Team

  • Frequent communication (email and calls) with regional Teams

  • Shaping and executing goal led briefs

  • A variety of open/live design tasks

  • Support design related admin tasks

Salary

£26,000 per annum

  • Healthcare coverage.

  • 5% pension contributions.

  • Up to £100 per month work-from-home allowance.

Work Location

Remote (with suitable home or office working station). Ability to occasionally travel to the Tamworth office and attend company meetings or events as necessary.
