Travel costs, such as gas and overnight stays, aren’t covered by 59club.

For a golf visit, you’re welcome to bring up to three additional players with you (although in some cases the venue may prefer a maximum of two players). We’ll cover their on-site expenses.

For other experience tests (Hotel & Dining / Driving Range / Simulator), we cover the on-site expenses for up to two people.

For Spa and Health Club experiences, on-site expenses are covered for one person.

Mystery Testers are volunteers, and while it isn’t a paid position, all on-site expenses are reimbursed.

There’s no minimum requirement, so you’re free to request visits as and when your schedule allows.

Yes, you’re welcome to visit multiple venues within the same month.

Simply email us with the test types and venues you’d like to request. The 59club team reviews all requests and allocates visits accordingly.

You don’t need a valid handicap or club membership. We simply ask that you’re a competent golfer who can complete a round in an acceptable timeframe.

Yes, full training is provided before you complete your first test of any type. Refresher training is also required if you haven't tested for some time.

You will submit your report using a combination of our smartphone app and our desktop tester portal. Your report is guided by detailed criteria and multiple choice questions to assist you.

No special equipment is required. A smartphone with a camera, or a small portable camera, is all you’ll need to capture images of the venue.

Yes, venues are aware they are being tested; however, they won’t know who is visiting or when the visit will take place.
