Become a Mystery Tester
59club's mystery tester programs are the secret formula for boosting customer service excellence.
Our partner establishments rely on quality feedback from trusted customers to improve their experience.
We're expanding our network of testers...
and we need you!
Hello!
I'm Colin, responsible for recruiting testers at 59club!
What motivates me on a daily basis is helping golf clubs and hotels to offer an irreproachable customer experience, by focusing on concrete action and feedback from the field.
Today, we're developing a network of mystery testers - curious, passionate people who enjoy visiting beautiful establishments and giving an honest, objective opinion on what they've experienced.
Your opinion really counts: thanks to your feedback, establishments can improve and offer an ever more memorable experience.
If you have an eye for detail and a desire to make a difference, then we'd love to have you on board.
