📅 When and where does the event take place?

The event will be held on Thursday 5 and Friday 6 March 2026 at Terre Blanche, Provence, France.

🎟️ How do I register and what is the cost?

You can secure your place directly through the registration form on this page. Once completed, you will receive a confirmation email with all practical details.

There are two ticketing options:

  • Networking, Education & Awards Ceremony → 199€ (excl. VAT)

  • Networking, Education & Awards Ceremony + Golf → 239€ (excl. VAT)

🏨 How do I book accommodation at Terre Blanche?

We have secured a special room block for participants. After registering, you can book your room directly via Terre Blanche’s booking system using the dedicated link provided on this page.

🛏️ What room options are available?

You can choose between single occupancy, twin* (two separate beds in the bedroom), or double** (with a sofa bed in the living room).

Unlike traditional hotels, Terre Blanche offers luxurious 60 m² Suites, each featuring a separate bedroom and living room, a private terrace, and nestled into the hillside like a Provençal village.

Each suite includes:

  • A bedroom with one king-size bed or two separate queen-size beds*

  • A separate living room with a very comfortable sofa bed**

This configuration provides two distinct spaces, ensuring both privacy and comfort.

The twin or double option is therefore an excellent and practical way to share accommodation without compromising comfort.
Floor plans and photos are available on the booking website.

* Limited availability – on request and subject to confirmation at the time of booking.
** Available on request, supplement of €60 per night for one adult.

🤝 Can I bring a colleague or guest?

Yes! Additional tickets can be purchased for colleagues or partners, and guests are welcome during the event.

You can indicate this directly in the registration form, and you’re also welcome to contact your regional 59club representative if you’d like to make arrangements or have any questions.

✈️ How do I get to Terre Blanche?

Terre Blanche is located in Provence, about:

  • 45 minutes from Nice International Airport (NCE)

  • 60 minutes from Cannes

  • 90 minutes from Marseille Airport (MRS)

We recommend renting a car or arranging private transfers.

Terre Blanche can arrange private transfers for participants as well. To book, please contact the resort by phone or email and mention that you are attending the 59club Service Excellence Awards 2026.

📅 I want to arrive the day before. What are my options?

Terre Blanche will officially reopen its doors for the 2026 Service Excellence Awards on Thursday 5 March.
If you plan to arrive earlier (Wednesday 4 March or before), accommodation at Terre Blanche will not be available.

Participants are welcome to stay at one of the nearby hotels in the region. We would recommend : 

🌞 Can I extend my stay at Terre Blanche?

Yes! Once the resort reopens, you can extend your stay after the Awards to enjoy Terre Blanche’s facilities (spa, golf, dining, and the Provence region). The special event rate may be extended for additional nights, depending on availability. Please check directly when booking.

⛳ Will there be golf during the event?

Yes – and not just any golf! On Day 2, participants will have the unique opportunity to play the Riou Course at Terre Blanche.

Normally reserved exclusively for members and resort guests, the Riou has also hosted the Terre Blanche Ladies Open on the Ladies European Tour Access Series since 2010.

If you’d like to take part, simply select the Networking, Education & Awards Ceremony + Golf ticket (239€ excl. VAT) when you register.

Buggies are included in the green fee (weather dependent).

No clubs? No problem — you’ll have the option to rent equipment directly at Terre Blanche (we’ll ask you about this in the registration form).

 

👔 What is the dress code?

  • Daytime sessions / golf: Smart casual or golf attire

  • Gala Dinner & Awards Ceremony: Cocktail / Evening wear

🍽️ Are meals included?

Yes. The program includes:

  • Coffee breaks during the sessions

  • Gala dinner on Thursday evening

Additional meals outside the program are at your own expense

🏆 Who is eligible for an award?

All 59club clients audited during the 2025 season are automatically considered for awards, based on objective mystery shopping results and benchmarks.
