The Golf Industry needs you!

In collaboration with Women in Golf Awards, 59club has launched a global research initiative designed to gather insights from those working across the golf industry.

This five-year global study aims to build a data-led understanding of career journeys, workplace experiences, and industry trends.

This global project is open to everyone working within the golf industry, regardless of age, gender, location, role or level of seniority. Every perspective matters - the more diverse the input, the more powerful the insights.

Participants are invited to complete a 10-minute survey, twice a year for the next 5 Years.

By taking just a small amount of time each year, you can contribute to powerful data that drives real progress and shapes initiatives that benefit's today's workforce and the generations to come.

Insights will be shared throughout the duration of the project, here are some of our initial findings...

Attitudes & Resistance to Change

46% of men and 42% of women agree that attitudes towards change remain a challenge in the industry.

Retaining Talent

One in three employees under 35 expect to leave the golf industry in the next three to five years.

A bright future matters

By collecting consistent, credible data across key topics, The Fairways Project will provide the industry with the insights needed to understand where progress is being made, where challenges remain, and how organisations can take informed action to attract, retain and support talent for the future.

“We hope that the insights we capture will provide golf with the tools to benchmark progress, inform decisions, and ultimately shape a stronger and more inclusive future for the game. This is such an important project. We know that the golf industry wants to embrace the talent of women at every level and we have the means to enable that."
